Image: Soft Cheese Knife – #CK9. Full‑bevel forged steel blade set into an African Rosewood handle, shaped to sit lightly in the hand for smooth work with soft and creamy cheeses. Each knife arrives in a Hooter Design gift box. This example is finished in a food‑safe hard wax oil, offered as an alternative to epoxy. A waxed rather than epoxy finish will allow the timber to deepen and mellow in colour over time. While less moisture-resistant to kitchen conditions, the waxed surface can be refreshed at home, helping you maintain both grip and lustre as the knife earns its place on your cheese board.
